Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and ShirtPrompt ("we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of our website, accounts, and prompt generators (together, the "Service"). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of these terms

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to bind that business to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@shirtprompt.com if you suspect any unauthorized use.

3. What we sell

ShirtPrompt sells access to AI "prompt generators" — tools that produce text prompts you can use with third-party AI image-generation services to create artwork for print-on-demand and similar products. We sell access to the generators themselves. We do not sell the AI image models, the generated images, or any finished merchandise.

4. Payments & pricing

Purchases are one-time payments processed by our third-party payment provider (PayPal). Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time, but changes do not affect access you have already purchased. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase that are not collected by us. An "All-Access" purchase grants access to the generators available at the time of purchase and to new generators we add during the period your access remains active, except where stated otherwise.

5. License & acceptable use

Subject to these Terms and your payment, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the generators you have purchased to create prompts for your own use. You agree not to:

• resell, sublicense, share, or redistribute access to the generators or your account;
• copy, scrape, decompile, or reverse-engineer the generators or the Service;
• use the Service to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, hateful, or that sexualizes or endangers minors;
• use the Service to infringe the trademarks, copyrights, publicity, or other rights of any third party; or
• interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.

6. AI-generated output

The generators produce text prompts, and any images you create from those prompts are generated by third-party AI tools that you choose to use. Please read our AI Policy for important details about how AI is used and your responsibilities. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding how to use any prompt or image, and for ensuring your use complies with all applicable laws and the rules of any marketplace where you sell.

7. Your designs & sales

As between you and us, you are responsible for the designs you create and the products you sell. We do not review, approve, or guarantee that any prompt, image, or design is original, non-infringing, or eligible for sale on any particular platform. You are responsible for confirming that your designs comply with the policies of your print-on-demand provider and marketplace, and with the laws of every place where you offer them.

8. Refunds

Because generators deliver access to digital tools immediately upon purchase, sales are generally final. If a generator does not work as described, contact us at support@shirtprompt.com and we will work in good faith to resolve the issue, which may include a fix, replacement access, or a refund at our discretion. Nothing here limits any non-waivable refund or consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

9. Our intellectual property

The Service, including the generators, website, branding, text, and underlying software, is owned by ShirtPrompt or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, these Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and that any prompt or resulting image will be accurate, original, or fit for sale. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShirtPrompt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Changes & termination

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "last updated" date above, and material changes will take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
